I had a real problem with sugar ants.This stuff really controls them!!! And you can spray it right on your food preparation area. Just think about it -- roaches won't be running around on your counter tops at night! They will avoid it and possibly go to your neighbor's house! This guy on the internet once told me that he lived next to a McDonalds that got tented and fumigated. Up till that time he said he had no insect problems. But after they treated the McDonalds he said he had thousands of roaches all of a sudden! How freaky is that??? Sounds like the insects are smart enough to run away from poisons and seek greener pastures! Unlike humans that accept the poison as a part of life and end up with mysterious diseases later on in life!

Thank you for Orange Guard. I live in the country and six months out of every year I am inundated with ants. Chemical sprays are not an option.. Having tried unsuccessfully all of the usual recommended natural products such as bay leaves, cayenne pepper, orange peels, cucumber peelings, lemon oil and black pepper, they simply do not work. Since we had our home built in 2003, we've been plagued with a recurring ant problem. We'd paid hundreds of dollars for professional treatments which worked - for a while and only after days of waiting and worrying about the effects of the chemicals used. The "professional" told us the only way to keep these tiny ants away was to keep our showers and sinks dry at all times. Who has time for that?!?

We tried using the "natural/plant-based" products on the market, but they still left a strong odor and fumes in enclosed areas which made me worry about their safety. Our house is currently up for sale, and the last thing I want is potential buyers coming in and smelling insect spray.

I am thrilled beyond belief that Orange Guard may have eradicated a terrible dust mite problem in my bed, rugs, window treatments and upholstery. I bought a fine mist atomizer so as not to saturate my bedding and so far, it seems to be working. I bought my Orange Guard at the local health food store. I've recently moved into a great master bedroom suite rental and the one snag was the ant/spider problem I discovered in the bathroom. I felt uncomfortable showering and didn't want the insects to cross over to the bedroom area.

I just wanted to take this opportunity, to express our satisfaction with your product Orange Guard. We are a small community hospital in the San Francisco Bay Area and at times we believe the hospital was built on an anthill!

Over the past several years we have tried numerous products, most worked to kill the ants, but our problem is the environment we work in. Being in an acute care hospital we have many patients with compromised immune systems, respiratory illnesses and are just not feeling well. These products may have worked, but the toxicity of them and the smell was unacceptable. We just could no longer use these products in patient areas. Trying to find an alternative, one of our engineers picked up a bottle of Orange Guard at the local hardware store. We were pleasantly surprised with the results. The product not only worked great, but we did not receive one complaint about the smell. Patients seemed to respond better knowing that what was being sprayed was non-toxic and pleasant smelling.

Since using the product about six months ago we are continually buying more. Last week alone we purchased six bottles. We are now using the product in all patient care and non-patient care areas. The product works, is non-toxic and smells great, what's not to like?

I have been using your product for several years with great success and just had to share my experience with you. Living in the Midwest, from late summer through fall, YellowJackets, fly into the house anytime a door is opened. They are angry and if you attempt to hit them with a fly swatter and miss......expect to be stung! However.....I find that if they land anywhere, even on a screen, I just spray them over and over until soaked. The pesty insect falls to the ground and expires within minutes! No stings, no pain, and the whole process does not attract additional YellowJackets. Thanks for a great, easy to use product.

We have had an infestation of crickets, ants and roaches here in the desert. I have used Orange Guard and found they disappear. I went to the store to replace your product and found they were already out of your product. I ordered it through them and returned to find they again were almost gone. I then found it in a catalogue and ordered the gallon. Tonight I have had a ball spraying all the hundreds of crickets that have made a home in our outdoor furniture and under the siding of our home. While I was discovering the crickets and their outdoor habitat, I also came across 3 black widows and rid our home of these too, plus I may add a 3 inch desert roach (I think they call them this because it sounds kinder to name these 3 inch monsters a name having to do with our natural habitat.) I bought a bottle for my daughter as well, and last night she sprayed a light film on her sheet in desperation, to repel two mosquitoes,(thinking of the Nile virus.) It worked she spent a quiet night and woke to go after the ants that have plagued her. For the last 35 years I and my family have eaten organically, so to find your product is a gift from heaven.

I have a spray guy I had contacted a month ago to come and give me advice on what to do with the plague of 3 inch roaches, he comes to our isolated desert town only once a month, so this Friday, he will be here with a synthetic chrysanthemum product, and I can now tell him I won't need any toxic sprays, this one is purported to be the least toxic, and we finally had become frantic and were at least going to talk to him about spraying outside. My nephew is selling outdoor camping clothing impregnated with this spray, maybe this would be a possibility for use of your product. who knows. WE SO NEEDED YOUR BRAIN STORM. THANK YOU, THANK YOU.

Just wanted to let you know we ordered Orange Guard from our local Ace Hardware and have used it on a huge pile of red ants, flies in the pasture (even sprayed a bit of it on the horses and they were instantly relieved of the nuisance) flies in the chicken coop, and insects in the house. We started out with the small bottle and went crazy with it, so went back and got the gallon refill to keep the insects under control. Within 24 hours, the ant hill was deserted, the flies were gone from the chicken coop, and the horses were not constantly fighting annoying flies. With West Nile making an appearance in our area, I'm so glad to have something to help deter the mosquitos. We'll definitely be taking our Orange Guard camping on our trail ride next month! This product works better than any other insect killer I've seen, smells wonderful, and I don't get the instant lung seize I notice when I use Raid or some other commercial product.

Want to tell you how great I think Orange Guard is. I'm in a top floor apartment in San Francisco and whenever I leave my unscreened windows open (on those rare warm nights here) . . . in come the flies and mosquitoes. Get eaten by the mosquitoes and, with 3 cats, well, let's just say I have a Flying Circus all night! Tried all the regular toxic sprays around the windows and, while they worked, after a night of breathing that stuff, I'd get up in the morning not knowing whether to brush my face or shave my teeth. So I tried this Orange Guard and sprayed it around the window frames and . . . no flies, no mosquitoes, no circus, and no "confusion" at the mirror in the morning. And the smell is really good. I would buy a candle scented with this stuff . . . it smells great . . . and I don't buy stuff like scented candles!

You saved my life!!! (Well, sort of) I had a GIGANTIC palmetto bug shooting across my apartment this morning and I was absolutely terrified! I got out the Raid, "the good stuff" (phooey!) and sprayed him point blank from about four feet, just soaking the thing. Nothing!! I found him under my chest of drawers just having a heyday! I was so angry!! I absolutely soaked my carpet with that smelly poison for nothing! Well, I couldn' t get him for a while, but he searched me out for a second round while I was in the bathroom. Ohhh, let me tell you, I' d rather face a cobra. Well, this time I got out my fresh smelling dog and bird friendly (I have pets) Orange Guard and let him have it!! Two coughs and three kicks later, he was a goner! Hallelujah!!!! I learned my lesson. The Raid goes in the garbage and I' m telling all my friends to do the same and go get some Orange Guard! Can you tell I' m happy? I was going to write a disgruntled letter to Raid, but they' re too chicken to put the address on the container. I would be too!

I've used Orange Guard for the past 2 years to get rid of ants in my house. I live in a mobile home and am plagued with snails who get up under my windows and leave a mess. I don't want to use toxic materials. On the way home from work last night a "light bulb" flashed ­ try Orange Guard! I did and it works absolutely great!!! this morning there were no snails! I'll bet my neighbors will like having that mess gone, too.

I just wanted to let you know that your product is fantastic! I was reaching new levels of frustration with our ant problem and was feeling less and less comfortable with my housemate's tendency to indiscriminately throw boric acid all over the kitchen. She kept saying it was non-toxic, but I read the label. In any case, it didn't even work.

I used Orange Guard for the first time this weekend. I am very pleased . . . OK, ecstatic . . . with this stuff! Not only does it smell good, I can use it in my vents and anywhere else I want. I sprayed it around some potted plants where ants seem to congregate and I saw immediate evidence on how well it works. I live in south Florida, so this will become a "must have" for my household. I just wanted to say I purchased your product after seeing it on the shelf of a local hardware store along with some gel based ant bait from another company. Having wanted to take the safer, non-toxic route, I sprayed directly on the active problematic ant areas in and around the kitchen with Orange Guard first. Wiping the many dead ants, I couldn't believe it, there were no more coming back! It was hard to believe that after months of being invaded, I was free from ant tyranny, all without resorting to toxic chemicals which I never had to use thanks to Orange Guard.

I have to tell you my Orange Guard story . . . Every summer since my husband and I bought our house, we have had a huge ant problem! This gets to be such a huge issue because I CANNOT stand ants! I have gone through countless cans of Raid and other items to try and get rid of these pests, but they keep returning. The other night my mother suggested I try the Orange Guard that she had purchased . . . What a great product. I ordered 2 gallons last year. I did not have an ant problem the rest of the summer.

This year, due to high water tables and cold temperatures, we had another infestation of ants. We tracked them back to their entry point and used the Orange Guard . . . The ants left and have stayed out. Once they were gone, we sprayed the basement and the entire perimeter of the house. The ants have not returned.

We spray the Orange Guard occasionally even when we don't see ants, just as a preventative. It's nice that I don't have to worry about toxic chemicals or my family or pets inhaling toxic chemicals.

Living in Florida, ants become a real problem, especially in the rainy season. I was troubled with ants. An exterminator got rid of them for about two months, then back they came. Highly toxic sprays like Insecta had only temporary results. Thank God I was an ad for your product in a catalog and decided to take a chance on it. I had to write to you as I ordered your amazing Orange Guard for the first time ever just before spring of this year. I ordered the big gallon size. I'll tell you that your product is so gosh darn great that I still can't believe how wonderful it works.

I have a little Maltese about 8 pounds, and I was glad that is wasn't harmful to animals. . . . I didn't have one flea in this house or an ant or a spider. You name it and I didn''t have it in my house with Orange Guard.

I also want to say that it lasts a very long time . . . .The smell is not bad at all. I smells really pretty good for a pesticide.
